The product
Water finds seams. This membrane does not have any.
Rub-R-Wall® is a seamless, spray-applied synthetic rubber foundation membrane from Resilient Building Products. Made in the USA since 1992. It bonds to poured concrete, CMU, and ICF. If the wall cracks later, about 1,000% elongation keeps the seal. Typical wet thickness is 60–80 mils.
Fluid-applied synthetic rubber. No laps. No tape joints. It follows the wall — corners, ties, and steps included.
Sheets are only as good as every overlap. One missed seam, one wrinkled corner, and water has a path.
